**Job Description:**

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Cashier/Customer Service representative to join our team at Harvest Market Natural Foods. As a key member of our front-end team, you will be responsible for greeting customers, processing transactions, and resolving any issues that may arise. You will also assist with stocking shelves, rotating products, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

In addition to your technical skills, you will possess a passion for natural foods, organic products, and sustainability. A strong commitment to customer satisfaction and a positive attitude towards teamwork are essential qualities for this role.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Greet customers and process transactions with accuracy and efficiency
  • Assist customers with product inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Stock shelves, rotate products, and maintain a clean and organized store environment
  • Participate in periodic inventory counts and contribute to the overall success of the store

**Requirements:**

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of retail experience preferred but not necessary
  • Pleasant and articulate communication skills
  • Able to lift up to 30 pounds and work on feet for full shifts
  • Non-tobacco user and smoke-free workplace
