Position Status: Part-Time

Role Summary:

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our food service team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for delivering high-quality service and maintaining consistent product standards in our food and beverage areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all patrons.
  • Manage transactions using an electronic cash register and credit card processing equipment.
  • Perform basic math calculations accurately.
  • Balance cash drawers and oversee daily revenue.
  • Engage with guests in a courteous and friendly manner.
  • Maintain cleanliness in concession areas and dining tables; assist in food preparation and serving.
  • Ensure condiment stations are stocked and organized.
  • Conduct dishwashing duties, including scraping, rinsing, and loading dishwashers.
  • Monitor food temperatures to comply with safety standards.
  • Assist in the unloading and organization of food supplies.
  • Report any suspicious behavior or safety concerns to management promptly.
  • Notify management of any discrepancies in cash handling.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum age of 16 years.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Experience with cash handling and register operations preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
  • Prior customer service experience is advantageous.

Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
  • Willingness to stand for extended periods.
  • Proficient in using computers for transaction processing.
  • Adherence to health and safety regulations.
  • Maintain good personal hygiene and wear the designated uniform.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Valid Food Handlers Card.
  • CPR/First Aid Certification.
  • One or more years of experience in a food service setting.
