Role: Estate Planning and Estate Administration Associate Attorney

Location: Baltimore, MD

Compensation: $150K - $250K Plus Benefits

Position Summary:
A reputable full-service Am Law 200 firm dedicated to the private client sector is in search of an Estate Planning and Administration Associate for its office in Columbia, Maryland.

Essential Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of three (3) years of expertise in estate planning and administration within Maryland. Responsibilities include drafting a variety of estate planning documents, managing probate estates, preparing financial accountings, and filing estate tax returns.

The candidate should demonstrate exceptional client relationship management skills and must be licensed to practice law in Maryland.

Job Type: Full-time

Required Skills:

  • Minimum of five years of experience in drafting estate planning documents and managing estates in Maryland
  • Proficiency in creating both basic and intermediate estate planning documents
  • Experience in administering probate estates in Maryland
  • Ability to prepare financial accountings
