As a Senior Airworthiness Inspector at Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and airworthiness of aircraft and components. Your primary duties will include conducting inspections, reviewing maintenance records, and coordinating with technicians to ensure compliance with FAA regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough inspections of aircraft and components to ensure airworthiness and quality standards.
- Review and verify maintenance records to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure compliance with FAA regulations and company policies.
- Mentor and train junior inspectors to ensure high standards of quality and airworthiness.
- Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and policies.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 6 years of experience in aircraft inspection, including 3 years on large or mid-size aircraft.
- Airframe and Powerplant License required.
- Proficient in Federal Aviation Regulations, FAA forms, and documents.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
