Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Assembly Technician to join our team at Nesco Resource. As an Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe work environment, polishing parts using various methods, and assembling components according to prints.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a clean and safe workplace, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
  • Polish parts using abrasive paper, chemical vapor, or flame, ensuring a high-quality finish.
  • Assemble parts according to prints, utilizing various methods such as epoxy resins, adhesives, press fitting, and ultrasonic inserting.
  • Remove small quantities of plastic or metal using hand files and scrapers to achieve a precise fit.
  • Deburr parts, including precision deburring with visual aids, to meet close tolerances.
  • Use measuring tools and follow written instructions to ensure accuracy and quality.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent, or related experience and/or training.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
