Key Responsibilities- Assist the Physical Therapist in all facets of patient care.
- Implement therapy techniques and exercises under the supervision of the Physical Therapist.
- Monitor and document patient progress, promptly communicating any changes to the Physical Therapist.
- Provide patients with essential information regarding ongoing care.
- Support the Physical Therapist in patient management and treatment.
- Execute prescribed techniques and exercises as directed by the Physical Therapist.
- Keep the Physical Therapist informed about patient progress and changes.
- Assist in evaluating the effectiveness of interventions.
- Educate patients on their continuing care plans.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication skills, detail-oriented, and adept at multitasking.
- Positive demeanor, strong work ethic, integrity, and empathy towards individuals in discomfort.
- Proficient in managing details, effective communication, and multitasking.
- Demonstrated compassion and integrity.
- Basic computer literacy, including email and file management.
- Familiarity with Excel and proficiency in Word.
- Authorization to work in the U.S.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a medical office setting is preferred.
