Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Stand-By Personnel. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of goods and materials within our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Unload, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing lists.
  • Prepare and pack outgoing shipments according to company standards and customer requirements.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct regular stock counts, and report any variances.
  • Inspect products for damages or defects and ensure they meet quality standards before shipment.
  • Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation for shipping and receiving activities.
  • Update inventory systems and records.
  • Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely.

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment.
  • Basic computer skills for inventory management and documentation.
  • Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Problemsolving abilities and proactive attitude.
  • Familiarity with inventory software and shipping tools.
  • Strong time management and multitasking skills.
