About the Role

UNC Health is seeking a highly skilled Cardiology APP to join our team at UNC Health Primary Care at Chatham. As a Cardiology APP, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in the care of patients in an outpatient clinic in conjunction with physicians
  • Order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic tests
  • Plan and coordinate follow-up with patients
  • Provide routine diagnostic, therapeutic, and preventative care
  • Educate patients about preventative care, medical issues, and the use of prescribed medication
  • Opportunity for inpatient consultation and stress testing during normal practice hours

Requirements

  • Must be licensed in North Carolina
  • Time will be split between Siler City and Pittsboro locations
  • 3+ years of Cardiology experience required
  • Attention to detail is a must, along with a demonstrated positive, professional demeanor
