The Facility Maintenance Specialist is responsible for ensuring that all designated areas are maintained in a clean and orderly manner. The role encompasses a variety of tasks including:

  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization of workspaces and restrooms in various establishments.
  • Utilizing brooms, mops, and powered cleaning equipment to sweep, scrub, wax, and polish floors.
  • Vacuuming carpets, rugs, and upholstered furniture.
  • Dusting and polishing furniture and equipment.
  • Cleaning walls, ceilings, and woodwork.
  • Washing windows, door panels, and sills.
  • Emptying waste receptacles and cleaning ashtrays.
  • Transporting waste and refuse to designated disposal areas.
  • Cleaning restroom fixtures, floors, and walls while replenishing necessary supplies.
  • Collaborating effectively with team members to produce high-quality work.
  • Adhering to the conduct and demeanor standards set forth by Didlake.
  • Following safety protocols and guidelines during the operation of equipment and other activities.
  • Reporting any maintenance issues or damages to the immediate supervisor.
  • Requesting supplies and equipment as needed.
  • Completing all required training as mandated by Didlake.
  • Performing additional duties as assigned or outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW).
