As an integral member of a multi-disciplinary healthcare team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Making home visits to assess client needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Performing diagnostic tests and measurements to evaluate client progress
  • Developing and implementing manual therapeutic exercises, gait training, and balance interventions
  • Educating clients and their families on rehabilitative care and activities necessary for independent living
Requirements
  • A current license as a Physical Therapist in Massachusetts
  • Prior home health experience is not required, but a passion for delivering exceptional patient care is essential
