Job Summary

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to join the California Health Care Facility team as an Electrician II. As an Electrician II, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and equipment in a healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment, including wiring, circuits, and electrical panels.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as inspecting electrical systems and equipment, and making repairs as needed.
  • Assist in the installation of new electrical systems and equipment, and ensure that all work is done in accordance with safety codes and regulations.
  • Collaborate with other tradespeople and facility staff to ensure that electrical systems and equipment are functioning properly and safely.
  • Document all work performed, including repairs, maintenance, and installations.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Completion of an apprenticeship program or equivalent work experience required.
  • Valid California driver's license required.
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces required.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy equipment and materials required.
