Ebenezer is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at The Sanctuary of St Cloud Senior living. As a RN, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and health needs of our senior residents are met.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain current assessment and documentation of resident health status using progress notes.
- Implement new and update current resident care plans.
- Coordinate resident health services with internal and external providers, obtaining orders as needed.
- Handle and supervise timely and accurate medication and treatment administration.
- Act as support to the Director of Health Services, filling in as RN on call during scheduled times.
- Monitor work and performance of licensed and unlicensed staff.
- Current MN RN license or by start date.
- AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers or Red Cross CPR for Professional Rescuers.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Windows and electronic charting systems.
- Work experience in a patient support role, LPN or RN.
- Good written and verbal communication skills to interact with residents, families, and physicians or providers.
- Ability to work with and have sensitivity to the needs of the geriatric population.
