The successful candidate will be responsible for advising clients on estate planning matters, including drafting and reviewing wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advance healthcare directives. They will also assist with probate and trust administration processes, ensuring that our clients' wishes are respected and their legacy is protected.

About the Role:
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in estate planning, with expertise in all aspects of estate planning, including tax implications, asset protection, and other legal considerations. They will work closely with our current attorneys and clients to develop comprehensive estate plans tailored to their specific circumstances.

Key Responsibilities:
* Advise clients on estate planning matters, including drafting and reviewing wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advance healthcare directives
* Assist with probate and trust administration processes
* Develop comprehensive estate plans tailored to clients' specific circumstances
* Stay current with changes in estate planning laws and regulations to provide accurate and effective counsel

Salary: $150,000 - $220,000 per year based on experience and qualifications.
