Job Description
As an Assistant Manager at GPM Investments LLC, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Steering Store Operations: Collaborate with the Store Manager to drive sales growth, manage inventory, and maintain a safe and welcoming store environment.
- Talent Acquisition and Development: Recruit, train, and motivate a skilled and enthusiastic store crew to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Employee Scheduling and Management: Craft employee schedules to ensure seamless store operations and maintain a positive work-life balance for our team members.
- Financial Management: Manage key financial aspects, including cash handling, inventory control, and expense management.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed as an Assistant Manager, you must possess:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- 18 years of age or older (21 years of age in some states).
- Access to a car or other motorized vehicle with liability insurance.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work various shifts and days.
- Fluent English communication skills and basic math proficiency.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
