Position Summary

We are currently seeking an Armed Security Specialist with a competitive pay rate of $16 per hour.
Applicants must be at least 21 years old with a minimum of 6 months of security experience.
Previous law enforcement or military background is mandatory.
Candidates should be prepared for prolonged periods of walking or standing, including outdoor conditions.
Shifts may include overnight hours throughout the week and morning shifts on weekends.
Uniforms are provided at no cost, and pay is issued weekly.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service by implementing safety and security protocols, adhering to site-specific policies, and executing emergency response actions when necessary.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations with a calm and solution-oriented approach.
- Conduct regular and random patrols of the premises and surrounding areas. Work environments and conditions may differ based on client requirements.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be at least 21 years of age for armed positions.
- High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience is required.

As a condition of employment, candidates will undergo a background check in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations.

Allied Universal will evaluate qualified applicants with criminal histories in accordance with relevant laws.
Drug screening may be required as permitted by law.
Participation in industry-specific security and safety training programs is necessary.
Licensing requirements may vary based on state and/or local laws and regulations and may need to be fulfilled prior to employment.
*A valid driver's license is required for driving roles only.
