Job Overview
The Guest Service Representative is a key member of our hotel's front office team, responsible for ensuring that every guest has an exceptional experience. Your primary duties will include processing guest arrivals and departures, handling guest requests, and maintaining accurate records.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Process guest arrivals and departures, including checking-in and out guests, assigning rooms, and handling any issues that may arise during their stay.
- Respond to guest requests and inquiries, resolving any problems or concerns they may have.
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, including comments, complaints, and feedback.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a hospitality setting.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
