About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Behavioral Specialist to join our team at Move Up ABA.

Job Summary

This role involves working under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver client-centered in-home and community-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services across Maryland.

Responsibilities
  • Implement behavior plans and collect data as part of a collaborative team effort with caregivers.
  • Support clients' skill development through engaging activities.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and demonstrate empathy and patience while working with clients.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma (or equivalent) required.
  • Minimum 18 years of age.
  • Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
  • Patient, compassionate, and driven to help autistic children achieve their individualized goals.
  • Experience flexing your approach with children through connection and engagement.
  • Able to commit to scheduled sessions and locations consistently for a minimum of six months post-placement.
Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary of $27.50 - $32.50 per hour, depending on experience and certifications.
