Role ResponsibilitiesThe Hospice Lead Registered Nurse (RN) plays a crucial role in supporting hospice nursing supervisors, offering guidance and oversight to nursing staff and aides as needed. This position involves conducting nursing visits, managing phone triage, and participating in the on-call rotation. The RN is expected to supervise nursing personnel in the absence of nursing supervisors.
Essential Qualifications- Associate Degree in Nursing.
- Unrestricted Registered Nurse Licensure in Washington State.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Moderate computer proficiency.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Willingness to be on-call for at least two holiday shifts annually.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
- Bilingual candidates are preferred.
