Job Summary

As a Night Crew Supervisor at Tom Thumb, you will be responsible for overseeing the night crew's activities, ensuring a smooth and efficient store operation. Key responsibilities include:

  • Scheduling and Supervision: Schedule, supervise, train, and assign duties to night crew employees to ensure optimal performance.
  • Aisle Maintenance: Maintain all aisles with a clear walkway, ensuring a safe and organized shopping environment.
  • Temperature Control: Check temperatures in cold cases, coolers, and freezers to ensure proper storage and handling of perishable items.
  • Inventory Management: Load stock onto six wheelers, or use pallet jack to move merchandise, and open cases to carry product to display areas.
  • Stock Replacement: Replace stock on shelves to maintain a visually appealing store appearance.
