We seek a skilled and caring Personal Care Specialist to join our team in Clarks Summit. As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in enabling our clients to maintain their independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional, non-clinical personal care and support services to clients, promoting their health, safety, and well-being.
  • Assist with instrumental activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, toileting, and meal preparation.
  • Maintain a clean, comfortable, and safe living environment for clients.
  • Transportation, as requested or approved, to ensure clients can participate in activities and maintain social connections.

Requirements:

  • Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a genuine desire to contribute to the well-being and quality of life of our clients.
  • Able to identify and escalate unsafe or inappropriate home and community conditions.
  • Comfortable working in diverse client personalities and behaviors.
