Position Overview:
This is a part-time role within our retail environment.

The Shoe Carnival Retail Sales Associate plays a crucial role in assisting customers with their selections and purchases while delivering an exceptional customer service experience.

Engages with customers by adhering to our Total Customer Service Standards.
Complies with all company policies and procedures, including Loss Prevention measures to minimize theft.
Responsible for unloading merchandise, organizing products, and maintaining clean aisles and displays.
Handles cashier responsibilities as assigned.

Key Responsibilities:

Immediate Hiring:
Open availability is essential. Candidates should possess a customer-centric mindset, excellent communication and listening abilities, and the capacity to learn and implement our retail concepts.

Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods, with the ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally and up to 10 pounds consistently.

Flexibility to work varied schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, is required.
Previous experience in retail is preferred.
Applicants must be at least 16 years old.
