About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team as a Superintendent for large commercial projects. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a top-rated construction company and be part of a dynamic project team.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to lead and motivate a team. As a Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the project, ensuring that it is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct and coordinate the activities of trade contractors and their sub-contractors
  • Develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and quality control plans
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including daily site logs and progress reports
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment
  • Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including owners, architects, engineers, and other contractors

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management
  • Minimum 7-10 years' experience in a superintendent role on large commercial projects
  • Excellent technical and communication skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing project requirements
