Job Summary

This is a part-time position working rotating weekends, with shifts from 3pm to 11pm and 11pm to 7am. As an LPN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to residents, including administering medications, monitoring health conditions, and maintaining accurate records.

Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Provide direct and indirect care to residents, ensuring their safety and well-being
  2. Assess and document resident needs and preferences
  3. Develop and implement individualized care plans
  4. Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare teams
Qualifications
  • Licenses: LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) or RN (Registered Nurse)
  • Experience: Minimum one year in senior living, assisted living, or memory care environments
