About the Role
In this position, you will be responsible for performing various tasks, including communication with customers, settlement agents, brokers, and other counter parties to obtain missing information and documentation for the loan file. You will also submit loan files to underwriting for review, ensuring that all compliance and underwriting guidelines are met. Additionally, you will prioritize and manage assigned pipeline to meet anticipated closing dates and performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform timely and clear communication with customers, settlement agents, brokers, and other counter parties to obtain missing information and documentation for the loan file.
- Submit loan file to underwriting for review.
- Ensure all compliance and underwriting guidelines are met.
- Enter loan information into the system.
