Job Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and engaging Memory Care Club Associate to join our team at Country Meadows of Leader Heights/Wyomis. As a key member of our memory support program, you will work closely with residents who are experiencing signs of Alzheimer's disease.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to understand and speak English fluently, and have prior experience in retirement living or a related field. A valid driver's license is also required.

In this rewarding role, you will plan and facilitate daily morning meetings for memory care residents, lead stimulating cognitive exercises, and maintain accurate documentation of resident participation in programs. About the Role

As a Memory Care Club Associate, your primary responsibilities will include inviting and encouraging residents to attend memory support meetings and activities. You will also develop and implement plans for engaging and meaningful experiences that promote cognitive stimulation and social interaction.

You will work collaboratively with our support staff to ensure the highest quality of life, dignity, and independence for our residents. This includes providing emotional support, facilitating communication between residents and caregivers, and maintaining open lines of communication with family members and caregivers.

What We Offer

Country Meadows of Leader Heights/Wyomis offers a competitive salary range of $16.00-$20.00 per hour, depending on experience. Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, and the ability to perform the physical tasks required of this position. Prior experience in retirement living or a related field is preferred but not required.
