Dishroom Attendant

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dishroom Attendant to join our team at Ruby Tuesday. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of all glassware, tableware, and cooking utensils/vessels. Your primary duties will include setting up, maintaining, and breaking down the dish machine area, washing and storing all tableware and kitchenware, and bagging and hauling dish room trash. Responsibilities:

• Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of all glassware, tableware, and cooking utensils/vessels
• Set up, maintain, and break down the dish machine area following procedures for safety and sanitation requirements
• Wash and store all tableware and kitchenware
• Bag and haul dish room trash

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience in a kitchen or dishroom environment preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
