Key Responsibilities
  • Capital Portfolio Management: Assist in the consolidation and analysis of the O&T Capital portfolio, approximately $700M of annual Capital spend.
  • OCF Allocation Process: Partner with finance teams across NBCUniversal's wider brand portfolio in the distribution of approximately $1B of costs.
  • Financial Information Management: Manage and analyze financial information (OCF, Headcount, Allocations) for the Global Security & EHS / BCCM groups.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years relevant accounting/finance experience.
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite products, particularly in EXCEL (advanced skillset needed) and POWERPOINT.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the proven ability to work and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to synthesize and encapsulate complex data and information in order to build financial models and presentations to senior leadership.
  • SAP/BPC and/or Essbase experience.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize work assignments and work well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be accurate, highly organized with great attention to detail.
  • Proactive approach to problem solving including analytical and information system skills.
  • Strong work ethic and follow through.
