Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Care Representative to join our team at RJ Young. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Field inbound calls in a professional and courteous manner, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Research and provide solutions to customer questions and concerns, utilizing strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Enter incoming service and supply requests, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with the service received.
  • Perform other miscellaneous duties as directed by the Customer Care Manager, including research and response to billing inquiries.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Proficient PC and keyboarding skills, with ability to multi-task through different applications and screens.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Ability to type 25 wpm and possess good numerical and analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • At least 1-3 years of relevant work experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work in a high-stress environment.
