Case Manager Job Description

The Case Manager will be responsible for evaluating prospective client inquiries, analyzing case viability, and building relationships with potential clients at Wilshire Law Firm. This role requires strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to multi-task and type at least 40 wpm while speaking with potential clients.

About the Job

This position has the potential to earn bonuses of over a thousand dollars a month if goals are met. The estimated salary range for this role is $47,840 - $56,160 per year, depending on experience. You will also enjoy comprehensive benefits including Medical HMO, Dental and Vision plans, Life and AD&D insurance, 401k, FSA, EAP, and Pet Insurance.

Responsibilities

- Evaluate prospective client inquiries and phone calls, analyzing their case fit and making sure they feel seen and heard.
- Work with the firm's intake management team to determine viability of potential cases.
- Build relationships with potential clients and vendors.
- Deliver customized, targeted sales strategies to ensure monthly goals are met.

Requirements

- Minimum of two years' experience in sales, customer service, or call center.
- Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills required, including the ability to be empathetic yet persuasive.
- Ability to multi-task and type at least 40 wpm while speaking with potential clients.
