Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated caretaker to join our team at Stellar Innovations. As a caretaker, you will be responsible for the daily supervision of schools, kindergartens, or universities, as well as the independent execution of minor repair work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and maintain facilities, ensuring a safe and secure environment for students and staff
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs to interior and exterior facilities
  • Coordinate and organize external companies for larger projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion
  • Assist with the setup of events, providing a seamless experience for attendees
Requirements
  • Completed vocational training in a trade, such as carpentry, electrical work, or plumbing
  • First professional experience in a related field, demonstrating a strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • Valid driver's license and own vehicle, ensuring reliable transportation to job sites
  • Availability for on-call duty, providing 24/7 support as needed
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, enabling strong relationships with colleagues and clients
