- Greet and interact with clients and visitors, ensuring they are directed to the right staff.
- Manage a multi-line telephone system, including directing calls, answering inquiries, and taking messages.
- Handle queries from the public and clients with professionalism and care.
- Prepare and manage daily outgoing mail, ensuring timely delivery to the post office.
- Receive, sort, and file incoming mail.
- Work effectively in a multi-lingual environment.
- At least one year of experience in general office responsibilities and procedures.
- Ability to accept flexible schedule with no guaranteed hours and potential short notice.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English required.
- Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and follow oral and written instructions.
- Comfortable operating standard office equipment, including computers, telephone systems, calculators, and copiers.
