Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Reliability Expert to join our team at Flint Hills Resources in Rosemount, MN.
Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per year
Job Description:
The Reliability Expert will play a key role in maintaining and improving equipment availability within their designated area. This includes working with a diverse team to optimize cost, availability, and risk while understanding the value creation of assets for the business.
Responsibilities include:
- Maintaining and improving equipment availability
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement
- Providing context for asset value creation and ensuring reliability strategies align with business objectives
- Overseeing equipment reliability strategies, audits, and implementations
Requirements:
- Industrial experience in refining, energy, and/or chemical sectors
- Knowledge of equipment reliability engineering with troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Framing opportunities and advancing initiatives
