Attraction Builder

TM Park, Inc is seeking a highly skilled Attraction Builder to join our team. As an Attraction Builder, you will be responsible for constructing and installing aerial parks, zip-lines, climbing structures, treehouses, and other attractions in trees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Construct and install aerial attractions using hand and power tools, rigging, and general construction knowledge.
• Work safely and efficiently to meet work time schedule requirements.
• Demonstrate strong time management skills and a high level of attention to detail.
• Collaborate with other team members to achieve project goals.
• Follow all safety standards and procedures.

Requirements:

• Able to work at a Journeyman Level for Carpentry or improve through training to a journeyman level.
• Able to work at a Journeyman Level for Rigging or improve through training to a journeyman level.
• Able to work at a Journeyman Level for Single Line Rope Technique (SRT) or improve through training to a journeyman level.
• Able to read, interpret, and analyze Blueprints and Construction Documents.
• Able to communicate clearly in English, both verbally and written.

Work Environment:

This position operates in multiple environment settings, including a professional woodshop environment, outdoor field work environments, and/or driving vehicles for project needs.

Travel:

This position is required to travel on an ongoing basis, with a minimum of 75% of the time spent traveling nationwide in the United States and across the world.
