Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Manager to join our team at Worldwide Equipment. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our service department, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the service department, ensuring high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement business plans to drive revenue growth and control expenses.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of service technicians.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and analyze departmental performance, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; four years of experience in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents.
  • Ability to respond effectively to sensitive inquiries or complaints.
  • Ability to write speeches and articles using original techniques or style.
Working Environment

The Service Manager will work in a fast-paced environment, requiring extended periods of standing, walking, stooping, and lifting. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
