Responsibilities- Provide high-quality, one-on-one care to patients in their homes
- Develop and implement personalized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient

- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and progress
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments
- Current RN or LVN license in the state of Texas or a qualifying Compact state
- Reliable transportation and ability to commute to patient locations
- Previous experience in private duty nursing or a related field (preferred but not required)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Competitive hourly rate ($25-$38 per hour)
