Job Description

At Bardi Heating, Cooling and Plumbing, we're seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for diagnosing and repairing residential HVAC systems, providing exceptional customer service, and building long-term relationships with clients.

The Opportunity:

As an HVAC Technician, you'll have the opportunity to work with a variety of systems, from heating and cooling units to plumbing and gas systems. You'll be responsible for following our service system, educating customers on products and services, and meeting key performance requirements.

The Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build long-term relationships with clients
  • Follow our service system and educate customers on products and services
  • Meet and exceed key performance requirements
  • Maintain a clean, organized job site and truck
  • Establish customer rapport to provide the right products and services
  • Maintain a professional appearance and deliver a knowledgeable service experience
  • Participate actively in all training, department, and company meetings
  • Train and mentor apprentices to ensure quick, accurate repairs and installations

Requirements:

  • Proven HVAC experience with a desire to be a better technician tomorrow than you are today
  • Knowledge of local HVAC codes and the ability to make on-the-job applications
  • Skilled in soldering, diagnosing, installation, gas, and repair
  • Valid driver's license
  • Must pass a background check and drug test
  • Strong verbal communicator and ability to learn iPad software
