As a Prep Cook at Xperience XRG, you will be responsible for preparing all hot and cold restaurant foods, including preparing prep sheets to ensure timely food preparation and ordering. You will also follow prep sheets, communicate with Chefs, and ensure that set prep times are met. Additionally, you will properly wrap, label, date, and store all food items on the proper cart, and set up, operate, and clean all kitchen machinery and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare all hot and cold restaurant foods

  • Follow prep sheets and communicate with Chefs
