Entrance Attendant

Position Overview:

As an Entrance Attendant at Lessing's Hospitality Group, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for our guests. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the entry points of our establishments, ensuring that all visitors are properly screened and that the atmosphere remains enjoyable for everyone.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure that all individuals entering the venue do so without the intent to cause harm or damage.
• Conduct ID checks for all patrons as they arrive.
• Observe crowd dynamics to assess whether the venue is at capacity.
• Address and mitigate any disturbances or issues that may arise.
• Communicate with management regarding significant incidents or concerns that require attention.

Qualifications:

Must possess a valid license for the role.

Compensation:

Salary Range (NY only): $20.00 per hour
