About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our growing HR team as a People Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing HR metrics and trends, identifying root causes, and providing actionable insights to drive business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analysis of HR metrics and trends using Excel, Power BI, and other HR systems and applications
  • Identify root causes impacting performance and provide insights
  • Create periodic reports and presentations to track key HR metrics and KPIs
  • Design and automation of recurring report deliverables
  • Responsibility for overseeing the organization's HR data, including clean up, validation, and maintaining historical data to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Audit HR data and troubleshoot irregularities with the HR Business Partners
  • Support data governance processes
  • Build HR dashboards
  • Lead and support HR projects/programs
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in statistics, business, Human Resources, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in people analytics or a related role, preferably in a global organization
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, primarily Excel, including charting, functions, pivot tables, and VLOOKUPs
  • Experience of working with data visualization tools such as Power BI
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Willingness and ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time and multiple commitments/projects simultaneously
  • Self-motivated and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as well as independently, with proven ability to form strong partnerships with key stakeholders (international contacts, internal peers, and clients)
