Media Buyer for Performance Marketing

We are seeking a highly skilled Media Buyer for Performance Marketing to join our team at Thunderbolt. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for acquiring knowledge about our customers' target groups from various industries, including mechanical engineering, cosmetics, logistics, construction, and industry, as well as medicine.

• Conduct trend analyses and stay up-to-date on Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn to inform your marketing strategies.
• Design campaigns with psychologically thought-out customer journeys to target, convince, and motivate users to make purchasing decisions.
• Optimize the customer experience in close collaboration with our operational departments and combine data-based performance marketing with sales psychology.
• Continuously test, analyze, and optimize campaigns to achieve better results.

• You have solid experience in performance marketing and are proficient in common advertising management platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Pinterest.
• Ideally, you have experience managing large budgets of at least 1000 euros/day, preferably in the seminar ticket or coaching industry, and are proficient in Meta Ads or Google Ads.
• You have extensive experience with CBO campaigns on Meta and can demonstrate successes in optimizing for ROAS.
