We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Water and Wastewater Project Engineer to join our team at Herbert Rowland & Grubic. As a Senior Water and Wastewater Project Engineer, you will be responsible for leading complex water and wastewater projects, providing technical expertise to clients, and collaborating with our team of professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform complex studies, design computations, and construction observation of water, wastewater, and environmental projects.
  • Provide technical expertise to clients, including water and wastewater system design, hydraulic modeling, and regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate with our team of engineers, designers, and project managers to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and community leaders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and regulatory requirements to ensure our projects meet the highest standards.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering; Master's degree in Civil Engineering with an Environmental emphasis is preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in water and wastewater engineering, including design, construction, and operations.
  • Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Professional Engineering License.
  • Proficiency with computer modeling of water systems, hydraulic design software, wastewater treatment modeling software, and PA DEP regulations.
  • Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Holds a valid Driver's License to travel to job sites, meetings, and other offices.
  • Has the legal right to work in the U.S.
