As a Retail Associate - Donor Door Greeter, you will play a vital role in our mission by providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth donation process.

• Welcoming and greeting donors with a smile, ensuring a positive first impression of our organization.
• Receiving and processing donations in a timely and efficient manner, using a hand-held device to accurately record donation records.
• Providing receipts to donors and maintaining accurate records, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.
• Organizing donations into bins, assisting with accurate processing, and maintaining a clean and organized work area.
• Assisting truck drivers with loading and unloading donations, ensuring a safe and efficient process.
• Working in other areas of the store as requested by the leadership team, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn.

• Ability to use a hand-held electronic device, accurately recording donation records.
• Ability to lift up to 40lbs, ensuring safe and efficient processing of donations.
• Prior experience working in a retail or customer service-related environment, with a preference for warehouse experience.

• A competitive starting pay rate of $12.25 per hour.
