Welder Specialist

Job Overview:
Henderson Products, a leader in designing and manufacturing equipment for heavy-duty work trucks, seeks a skilled welder to join their team in Manchester, IA. The ideal candidate will have experience working with production welding and related activities in a safe and efficient manner.

**About the Role:**
This part-time opportunity offers flexible hours on both day and night shifts. The selected candidate will perform tasks such as tack and bead welds, cutting, grinding, beveling, fitting metals, and removing slag. Additionally, they will select proper holders, regulate current and time, and understand and control weld variables to achieve quality welds.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Read blueprints
- Apply shop math skills
- Set up and operate welding machines
- Understand and control weld variables
- Know types and gauges of steel

**What We Offer:**
