We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Tire Sales and Installation Associate to join our team at BJ's Wholesale Club. As a key member of our automotive services team, you will be responsible for assisting members in the selection and purchase of tires, properly installing and repairing tires, and maintaining tire bay policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist members in selecting and purchasing tires, ensuring accurate fitment and compatibility
  • Properly install and repair tires, including mounting, dismounting, rotating, and balancing
  • Maintain a clean and organized tire bay, including disposing of tires and filling propane tanks as needed
  • Merchandise tire displays and automotive products, ensuring a visually appealing and well-stocked area
  • Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and addressing concerns in a professional and courteous manner
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Valid driver's license and ability to drive automatic and manual transmission vehicles required
  • Strong interpersonal skills and basic computer skills required
  • Prior tire installation experience preferred
