At Mark Twain Behavioral Health, we are committed to providing high-quality mental health services to our community. As a Therapy Specialist, you will play a vital role in helping individuals overcome addiction and achieve their personal goals.

We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, 403b retirement plan, and paid time off.

The successful candidate will have a Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work or Psychology, and current Missouri licensure or the ability to obtain licensure within one year. Experience working with trauma, co-occurring disorders, and family therapy is also preferred.

This full-time salaried position offers a supportive culture of appreciation and a strong emphasis on the health and well-being of our team. You will work closely with other professionals to provide individualized care to consumers, promote healthy family interaction, and participate in interdisciplinary team planning and diagnostic disposition conferences.
