Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Pest Control Service Technician to join our team. As a Pest Control Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing top-notch pest control services to our clients, ensuring their homes and businesses are pest-free and safe.
Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service and interact with clients on a daily basis
- Conduct thorough inspections and treatments to eliminate pests and prevent future infestations
- Operate company vehicles and equipment safely and efficiently
- Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on the latest pest control techniques and technologies
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Valid state-issued pest control credentials
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical ability to lift and carry equipment and supplies
- Competitive hourly wage: $19-$22 per hour (commensurate with experience)
