Insulation Technician

We are seeking a skilled Insulation Installer to join our team at MaxTech, Inc. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for laying or replacing insulation materials in buildings to control or maintain building temperature.

About the Role:

• Installs and replaces insulation in buildings and mechanical systems.
• Reads blueprints to calculate the quantity and type of insulation materials needed.
• Clears and disposes of old insulation according to safety guidelines.
• Loads and unloads insulation materials.
• Installs insulation in attics, walls, and ceilings.
• Measures and cuts insulation to fit around pipes.
• Fastens insulation in place with tape, screws, or staples.
• Transports tools and equipment to jobsites.
• Ensures all installations follow guidelines and quality standards.

Requirements:

• Extensive knowledge of insulation materials and installation techniques.
• Ability to follow instructions and use hand tools and power tools.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in confined spaces and lift 35 pounds at a time.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, with construction experience a plus.
