Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the full stack development of components that comprise a family of applications built on our software suite.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement software solutions that meet customer requirements.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality software code, ensuring adherence to industry standards and best practices.
  • Work closely with our agile development team to deliver software solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to ensure high-quality software development.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (Computer Science or related field preferred).
  • 8+ years of relevant software development experience.
  • Java programming language experience.
  • Experience with development tools such as Eclipse, IntelliJ, VSCode, etc.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills to include active listening.
  • Capable of managing to schedule and/or budget.
Preferred Skills
  • Active/current TS/SCI clearance with CI poly.
  • Practical knowledge of Agile development process utilizing the Atlassian Tool Suite (JIRA, BitBucket, Confluence).
  • Web application front-end experience (e.g., Vue/JavaScript).
  • Familiarity with micro-service architectures and technologies (e.g., Spring Boot).
  • Familiarity with Spring Framework and associated annotations.
  • SQL/database experience.
  • Linux experience.
  • Experience with ISR planning, scheduling, or modeling and simulation software.

Our salary range for this position is $107,000.00 to $229,000.00 annually, with individual pay competitive based on a candidate's unique set of knowledge, skills, and geographic diversity.
