As a Traveling Medical Professional, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of patients and families, and contribute to the delivery of exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, focusing on promoting independence and improving quality of life.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, and develop individualized care plans to address these needs.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, therapists, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Administer medications, perform wound care, and provide other treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Document patient progress and communicate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care.
Requirements:
  • Current RN licensure in the state of employment.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Home Health or a related field.
  • Strong assessment and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to travel to patient homes, with reliable transportation.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
