Key Responsibilities- Maintain a safe and clean environment for members and associates by performing maintenance tasks, responding to spills, and operating floor scrubbers.
- Clean all areas of the facility, including floors, windows, restrooms, and trash receptacles, while following company procedures and guidelines.
- Ensure a safe and clean environment by performing maintenance as necessary, responding to spills, and disposing of cardboard, plastic, and trash in accordance with company environmental sustainability program.
- Maintain appropriate levels of company-approved chemicals and supplies needed to ensure a safe and clean facility.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
As a Maintenance Associate at Sam's Club, you will enjoy a competitive hourly wage, performance-based bonus awards, and a range of benefits, including health, financial, and paid time off benefits. You will also have access to our education benefit program, Live Better U, which provides tuition, books, and fees for full-time and part-time associates.
Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
